CALENDAR OF MEETINGS

NOTICE OF SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS AND WORK-STUDY SESSIONS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE WILLOW RUN COMMUNITY SCHOOLS TO BE HELD DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2009 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE WILLOW RUN COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AS OF JULY 1, 2009, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Education of the Willow Run Community Schools, 235 Spencer Lane, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48198, telephone 734-481-8200, ext. 6315 will hold all regularly scheduled meetings and work-study sessions commencing at 6:30 p.m., at the following places and dates during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010.

Any person with a disability who needs accommodation for participation in this meeting should call 734-481-8200, at least five (5) days in advance of the meeting to request assistance.

Proposed minutes of each of the meetings listed above will be available for public inspection during the regular business hours, at the Office of the Superintendent located in the Willow Run Central Administration Building, 235 Spencer lane, not more than eight (8) business days after the date of said meeting, and approved minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the same location, or on the District's web-site, not more than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved. Copies of the minutes shall also be available at the reasonable estimated cost for printing or copying.

Upon oral or written request for a subscription and payment of a fee established by the board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be valid for up to six-months and be renewable at the option of the subscriber.

This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan.
