Willow Run High School students will gain the knowledge, skills, and technological literacy necessary to become productive citizens.

The WRHS staff will continue to develop curriculum, teaching methods, and learning environments necessary for student success.

The staff will work with parents and other community members to motivate students to be life-long learners.

Elevated Dress Code for Students
The Willow Run Board of Education adopted an Elevated Dress Code for HSLC at its June 24, 2010 meeting.

This Elevated Dress Code will promote a professional culture and climate for all students in both the ILC and the HSLC. It will also remove distractions and provide for a safe and orderly school environment.

The Elevated Dress Code Policy allows for:

-Navy, Black, or Khaki colored pants/skirt/skorts/walking shorts
-Solid colored tops that must be collared
-NO denim
-Tennis shoes will be permitted

Dual Enrollment Through Washtenaw Community College (WCC)
Students enrolled in Willow Run High School who wish to take college classes while in high school must submit an application that is signed by their parent/guardian and high school counselor or principal. A students assessment score must meet College-level minimums before admittance will be granted.

Visit WCC's Admissions site to begin the application process. On WCC's site, scroll down to Additional Admission Steps for Particular Populations. You will then see two forms, Minor Student Enrollment Parental Consent Form and Dual Enrollee Consent Form. Both forms are required.
