| Market Day Food Fundraiser |

Henry J. Kaiser Elementary School is sponsoring a monthly food fundraiser program called "Market Day".
Market Day is restaurant quality food products from companies such as Tyson, Quaker, Campbell's, Pierre Foods and Kraft, just to name a few!
Our school will earn profit based on the total volume of sales! We can earn this money without the students going door-to-door for fundraising.
The process to become a Market Day Customer is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. You only need to take a few moments to look at and complete the order sheet your child brings home, or call us at 961-6557.
2. You return the completed order form to Kaiser by the date listed on the back of the sheet. You do not send payment at that time.
3. Customers pick-up and pay for their order by check, cash, or Bridge Card on the sale date indicated on the order sheet.
4. You can also place your order @ www.marketday.com by credit or debit card.

| Kaiser “VERY IMPORTANT PARENT” Card |
|
Kaiser School has a program entitled “Very Important Parent” cards. We will refer to these cards as VIP cards. Pictured below is Principal Lisiscki holding a VIP card.
Each time you participate in a school activity, you will get your VIP card initialed by Principal Lisiscki or Ms. Jones. You may attain initials by attending parent evening activities, attending Family Literacy Accelerated Reader Evenings (FLARE), volunteering to help in classrooms, assisting with field trips, attending conferences, or anything else that brings you into the school to support your child's education.
Once your card is filled “with initials” you will be able to choose from a selection of “Kaiser Token of Appreciation” items and be entered into a drawing three times a year to win a $25.00 gift card from Wal Mart.

Accelerated Reader
Students can now take AR tests at home using your home computer!
Click on the link above labeled "Renaissance Place" and it will take you to the Accelerated Reader Testing site where your child will enter their name and password.
In addition, there are two lists that show all the books in the Accelerated Reader program arranged by Level and by Title.
