The following Enrollment Guidelines have been prepared to help make the enrollment process move quickly and smoothly.

When all documents listed below have been secured, please call the Main Office at (734) 481-8300 ext. 6003 to make an appointment to begin the enrollment process. Remember that you MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO ENROLL FOR SCHOOL.
Please read completely and carefully.
In order to enroll at WRHS, you MUST have:

1. AN OFFICIAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE/BAPTISMAL RECORD: If you do not have one at the time of enrollment, you will have 30 days after enrollment to submit.

2. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS (VACCINATIONS/SHOTS): We understand that in order for your child to be enrolled in another (previous) school they would have had these, but we need proof that your child has been immunized. If your child needs to be updated on his/her shots, you may visit your family doctor or callthe Washtenaw County Health Department at (734) 544-6770.
You may also call the Corner Health Center at (734) 484-3600 for dates, times, and locations.

3. OBTAIN AN “UNOFFICIAL COPY” OF YOUR SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT:
If you're entering the 9th grade, we need your 8th grade report card. If you're entering 10th, 11th, or 12th grade, please bring the entire high school transcripts of grades (grades from your previous school). If you are enrolling in the middle of the semester, you must bring a copy of your attendance record and “EXIT GRADES” showing the grades you were receiving upon leaving your former school. We need these to pass on to our teachers to average a grade for the new incoming students.

4. PRESENT PROOF THAT YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN IS A RESIDENT OF THE WILLOW RUN SCHOOL DISTRICT: You must bring this proof with you when you come for your appointment (i.e. utility bill, with parent/guardian name, or a current lease agreeement).

5. IF THE STUDENT IS NOT RESIDING WITH A LEGAL PARENT/GUARDIAN IN THE WILLOW RUN SCHOOL DISTRICT, YOU MUST PRESENT GUARDIANSHIP PAPERS FOR THAT STUDENT: Guardianship papers can be obtained from the Probate Court, 101 E. Huron, Ann Arbor, Michigan. You can also call them at (734) 994-2474.

6. PICK UP ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK AND HAVE COMPLETED (FRONT AND BACK SIDES) WITH PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE WHEN YOU RETURN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

We will send a record release form to your previous school(s) to obtain your entire official records, but the above material must be obtained before enrolling in Willow Run High School.
If there is a problem retrieving them, you may contact the previous school and ask them to fax this information to us at (734) 481-8185. If this transaction occurs during the summer months, please have the previous school send the unofficial records to your home for you to bring to registration. Note: According to the Willow Run School Board Policy, a student must have:

•22 credits to graduate in the class of 2009
•22 credits to graduate in the class of 2010
•22 credits to graduate in the class of 2011

We thank you for your assistance in helping us to enroll you at Willow Run High School.
