United Streaming
Click on link to the left. When you are on their site, you will see an area for Subscriber Login. The second tab, labeled Passcode/New User is where you would start.
The teacher passcode is 6523-9DF8. Fill out the required information to set up your account. If you already have a user account, then you would just sign in using your user name and password. Support for United Streaming can be obtained by calling 1-800-323-9084 (for customer service or technicial support press 1.)

-I've received a message that I have 5 grace logins left. What does that mean?
It means that you MUST change your password before the grace logins end because if you do not, you will be locked out of your account and you will have to submit an IT Request in SchoolDude to have it reset.

-I received a message that my password has expired, what do I do?
If you did not reset your password when the grace logins were asking you too, then you now have to complete an IT Request in SchoolDude and wait for it to be reset. You will need to ask someone to do this for you.

-What is my Home Directory?
Your Home Directory is your electronic file cabinet that resides on a server. It is a place that you save your information into so that you can log on at any workstation within the district and be able to retrieve your information.

-Why should I save to it?
You should save to your Home Directory to avoid having your hard drive fail and you losing all your documents. It is backed up daily.
-How do I save to My Home Directory?
-I can't access RP/ Accent / Internet. What do I do?

-How do I obtain an email account?
If you are a new hire, this will be done for you and you will receive direction on how to log on. If you are an existing employee that is now asking for an email account, you will have to complete an IT Request in SchoolDude with the building principal's approval.

Internet
-A site is blocked that I need to reach. How do I get it unblocked?
You would submit an IT Request in SchoolDude and select the category of Internet Filter. You will also need to type the exact URL you are having issues with. If it is deemed school content/curriculum based, it will be unblocked. Give rationale for site and the need for it.

-A site that should be blocked is not. How do I go about getting the site blocked?
You would submit an IT Request in SchoolDude and select the category of Internet Filter. You will also need to type the exact URL you are having issues with.

-I'm getting a Gateway timeout message. What does it mean?
This could several issues. The website you are trying to reach is down; our network could be down; your ethernet cable/port might be not working; and if your computer is connected through your phone, and the phone is not working then this might have caused it. You would complete an IT Request in SchoolDude giving the exact URL you are trying to get to and the exact error message you are receiving.
